About The Event
Located along the typhoon belt in the Pacific, the Philippines is visited by an average of 20 typhoons every year. One of its deadliest typhoon, Typhoon Haiyan, had killed more than 7,300 lives and displaced 4 million people.
TerraAI partners with National University of Singapore Business Analytics Consulting Team (NUS BACT) team to organize AI workshop where students learn practical deep learning techniques while at the same time develop AI-based typhoon forecasting solution that could potentially save lots of lives.
